The Process

STEP 1

Get Qualified

If financing your project, get qualified for a post-frame home construction loan through a lender such as First Federal Bank of Kansas City.

STEP 2

Choose a Floor Plan

Choose from one of our post-frame approved floor plans designed by The Barndomiunium Company or Mr & Mrs Post Frame and engage with them to customize your floor plan. Or, choose your own designer to design your barndominium.

STEP 3

Own Your Land

Once you own the land upon which you will build, final construction costs can be determined. Don’t forget to include infrastructure costs such as roads and utilities into your budget.
